BREAKING News Out Of Florida
Chris “Badger” Thomas AMERICA’S FREEDOM FIGHTERS –
Student survivors of the deadly Florida school shooting who hope to become the face of a revived gun control movement are on a potential collision course with President Donald Trump, ABC News reports.
“You’re the president. You’re supposed to bring this nation together, not divide us. How dare you!” ~ 17-year-old student at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School
President Trump administration has agreed to meet with certain students on Wednesday for a “listening session” then on Thursday, he will meet with state and local security officials.
Let us hope that this session is more of an education session for the students, it is clear an education on the United States and the 2nd amendment are desperately needed.
Republican Sen. Marco Rubio in a desperate move to respond with a gun bill to the public, agreed with the Democratic bill in Florida that would allow the court systems to prevent people from having “guns” if they are deemed a threat to themselves or other people.
Students across the country say they are planning to walk out of schools in protest in the aftermath of the shooting this week in South Florida. The pleas and demands from young voices who survived the massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla., have brought new pressure to an old debate: gun-control laws. USA Today Reports
“We are the students, we are the victims, we are change, fight gun violence now! High School students across the U.S.A, the way to fight back is here. There has been too much complacency on the part of politicians when it comes to gun violence. The time to act is now!”
This anti-gun rhetoric with the High School students and the push to “walk out” is orchestrated by Women’s March organizers to protest inaction from lawmakers on gun-control legislation.
I find it beyond disgusting that these women are using the youth to push their agenda! These kids just went through an extremely traumatic event and they should be focused on getting the kids help and honestly, helping them cope with the trauma, so that they can still have a future.
Instead, these horrific women have jumped at the chance to manipulate the teenagers and use their horrific event to further their own personal agenda’s.
“Thoughts and prayers are not enough, The school shootings just keep happening and happening. There’s no escaping it. Congress need to hear from us.” ~ Kim Russell, Women’s March executive
What people like her will never understand is that, it is not the tool that killed those students. The killer desired to kill, if the tool he used was “banned” it is not like it would have stopped or prevented him from carrying out his desire to kill.
More people in the United States are killed by opioids every single day in the United States, already illegal narcotics. Talk about the real issues and crisis in our nation, stop hiding in a democratic bubble and pushing the “few’s” agendas and if you want to make a difference, then fight the real battles.
Obesity kills more people than “guns”, knives, alcohol, planned parenthood, cancer all kill more people every day than “guns”. Funny, I do not see these being pushed in the mainstream media and gaining national attention to have our President start banning to save lives.
These students are demanding immediate change and are going to visit the state capitol in Tallahassee this week.
They are also calling for anti-gun violence demonstrations in Washington and other cities March 24.
Women’s March, an anti-Trump and “female empowerment” protest, called for a 17-minute, nationwide walkout by teachers and students on March 14.
I do not understand how people refuse to see that if a person is intent on hurting others, they will. Bad guys do not follow the law, they do not care if something is illegal and they certainly will not simply stop getting firearms, should the government “ban” them. It won’t even slow the numbers used in crimes!
The United States is in crisis but it is not firearms and shootings, it is narcotics, poverty, cowardice, broken education system, corrupt legal system, corrupt congress, chemicals and poisoned foods, greed and the this is just the few that top the list.
We are being segregated and told white lives do not matter, we are under attack for being men and these crazy female groups are turning men into transgender feminists.
What happened in Florida was tragic and my heart goes out to the families and the students, however, they should not be focused on political agendas because of their trauma. To use the fallen victims for their own desires is a disgrace.
If they want to make a difference, if you want to make a difference, then use education to teach ethics and safety. Put one foot forward at a time wake people up to what is going on and what really needs to happen to save a nation in crisis.
Be proud of who you are and never apologize for being a Patriotic American, a real man, a lady and stand for what is right against those who desire to take your rights away from you.
