Hillary has confirmed that she won’t be running for public office again. to the delight of many of us.
Speaking at the Women in the World conference in New York City on Thursday, she shocked the audience by announcing that she had no plans for running for office again.
As reported by the Los Angeles Times:
In her first postelection interview, Clinton alluded to the pain of her loss of the presidency to Donald Trump, hinting that there were times she didn’t want to get out of bed.
“The aftermath of the election was so devastating,” Clinton said Thursday during the Women in the World Summit hosted by Tina Brown at New York’s Lincoln Center. “I had to make up my mind I was going to get out of bed, yes; I was going to take walks in the woods, yes.
This could very well be the smartest thing Mrs. Clinton has done after her huge defeat in 2016.
If you remember she went into election day with a 3.2 point polling advantage over Trump and the left stream media in her pocket.
While she received nearly 3 million more votes than Trump, it would be a lot less if we could subtract all the illegals who voted for her.
People have been speculating that Clinton would take on Bill DeBlasio in a run for his job as the mayor of NYC.
According to the LA Times,, Clinton “vowed to remain involved in public service and to help Democrats regain control of Congress in the 2018 election.”
Alas, it remains to be seen if she keeps her word, after all we know just how big of a liar she is!
What do you think?
