President Trump is a busy man as he has been signing executive orders that will make America GREAT again.

So it comes as a bit of a surprise that he took an unexpected trip as they both boarded Marine One, and went to Dover Air Force Base to honor the family of Chief Special Warfare Operator William “Ryan” Owens. The young man was killed during the latest raid in Yemen. The family gathered to receive the remains of the brave service officer.

Owens, 36, died during the nighttime raid while his unit was having an intelligence-gathering mission.

“Ryan gave his full measure for our nation, and in performing his duty, he upheld the noblest standard of military service,” Secretary of Defense James Mattis stated.

“The United States would not long exist were it not for the selfless commitment of such warriors.”

Vice President Mike Pence, Chief of Staff Reince Priebus, and Jared Kushner were all present while the President and his daughter Ivanka was boarding Marine One.

People like Owens deserve a lot more. Our country needs their braveness, their strength, and their loyalty. President Trump knows how to recognize good people, and honor them in the best way possible.
