Jill Stein, the Green Party presidential nominee who wasted the last few months of 2016 trying to raise money for a presidential vote recount, has earned herself a whopping $2 million!
The Blaze reported that Jill Stein put $2 million in her own pocket when she asked rich Democratic benefactors to assist her in inspecting the reportedly dishonest voting system.
The Green Party candidate was able to collect $7.3 million from progressive benefactors who would do anything to get Hillary elected. In December, Stein claimed that she collected so much money that she will most definitely be able to have some spare cash. It turned out that she was right, and $2 million of that money ended into her pocket or bank account, it doesn’t make any difference.
“Wisconsin initially estimated that the effort would cost $3.5 million,” reported the Free Beacon. “A spokesman for the Wisconsin Elections Commission told the Washington Free Beacon on Tuesday that the final costs for 70 of the 72 counties in the state was $1.8 million. With the remaining two counties, the total costs could hit $2 million, the spokesman said. Stein would be reimbursed the remaining $1.5 million.”
“Stein will also receive hundreds of thousands in reimbursements for the failed recount attempt in Michigan,” the medium went on. “Stein paid in full for Michigan’s 7,786 precincts at a rate of $125 per precinct, according to a spokesperson for Michigan’s Department of State. Recounts were completed in 3,050 of the state’s 7,786 precincts before being stopped by the courts. Stein will receive a refund for the remaining 4,736 precincts totaling $592,000.”
The Green Party candidate asserted that no money that was left over would end up in her pocket, but rather she would invest it in a new organization called Count My Vote, that will concentrate on election integrity. Nevertheless, those were just empty words, and show just how avaricious and greedy Democrats are for power and money.
