If a black man is killed by police you can bet Barack Obama is going to address the nation about it. He famously said that if he had a son, he would look like Trayvon Martin…
But when cops are killed and the inspiration for those killings is caused by o rhetoric of groups like Black Lives Matter, the president says nothing. Just like the shooting of 11 officers in Dallas which left five dead in what was the worst day for law enforcement since 9/11. What did Obama have to say about that? Nothing.
And now, six officers have been shot within six days in Georgia, and again, he says nothing!
As CW39 reported:
The past week has not been a kind one to Georgia’s small-town police officers.
Six days. Six officers shot. Two deaths.
The shootings, which happened in three unrelated incidents, highlight a particularly brutal stretch in a year where at least 64 law enforcement officers have died across the United States.
Those shootings, in Georgia and beyond, have placed 2016 well ahead of last year’s 12-month total for police fatalities, according to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund. Georgia has had one of the worst years in terms of police fatalities.
The war on cops is real, and the anti-police rhetoric of the President and groups like BLM is only making it worse. It’s usually the liberals complaining about rhetoric fueling violence but it’s their rhetoric that causes deaths.
Fortunately he’s only got another month in office, then good riddance to him!
