The Russians did NOT sway the 2016 election process, and were not responsible for manipulating the voting machines in Wisconsin as just proven by the recount.
The Associated Press reported the final recount showed a 22,000 vote difference between Clinton and Trump. Even more, Trump gave in 162 by the AP’s count or 131 as a distinctive Fox News report shows.
“Completing this recount was a challenge, but the real winners are the voters,” Elections Commission Chairman Mark Thomsen stated in a statement to the Wisconsin State Journal. “Based on the recount, they can have confidence that Wisconsin’s election results accurately reflect the will of the people, regardless of whether they are counted by hand or by machine.”
These results were acknowledged by the state after the other recounts — Dane, Milwaukee, Outagamie and Rock — terminated with the counting.
In all the counting merely 1,800 votes changed.
“Most importantly, there is no credible evidence that any `hack’ occurred, and compelling evidence that Pennsylvania’s voting system was not in any way compromised,” Diamond explained in a 31-page decision. He also called this “unexplained, highly prejudicial” after Stein’s lawsuit was filed.
“The Pennsylvania election system is not fair to voters and voters don’t know if their votes counted, and that’s a very large problem,” Green Party lawyer Ilann Maazel said in response.
Michigan’s recount was also ceased by a federal judge.
Trump won tightly in Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin but he still did win. Stein’s initiative was planned for a mere distraction.
